OUR PRODUCTION
After the first stages of preparation of the raw material, tha actual production process begins with pressing. The product can be sold raw or ungergo a further transformation phase in the contouring department where, thanks to numerical control machines and the experience of the staff, a contoured, smoothed, half-processed product is pachaged, ready to be painted or padded.

The bending of the multilayer elements takes place by means of high-frequency hot presses using ClassE1 clues in compliance with EEC regulations, or on request in Class E0 (complete absence of formaldehyde). For the production of curves of outdoor we use adhesives that comply with regulations in force regarding resistance to atmospheric agents.

The numerically controlled machining centers assure us the ability to carry out the machining required by even the most complex projects with a certain precision. The finishing of the piece does not only consist in the sanding process, but the fundamental step of control and optimization that makes the product complete, ready to be packed and delivered.
